2013 - Present

In April, Eric announced his album's title, Forgive Me, which will be released sometime in summer, the date is still to be decided, because Saade is still focusing on finalizing the album's songs. With the album announcement, Saade also announced, that the lead and first single from new album is "Coming Home" and will be released on 24 April 2013. His team described the song as an urban pop, summer song, with a rhythmic tap. The song was written by Eric Saade, Julimar Santos and Mats Lie Skaare. Team Saade also said, that "Coming Home" and the other songs on the album are different to the songs which Eric released in the past. The press release by Saade's team gave some information about an upcoming tour, and said, that Saade is going to mostly tour Scandinavian countries in late May 2013. During the final of the Eurovision Song Contest held in Malmö, Sweden, Saade served as television host in the "green room" where finalists waited for the results after performances. In this position he made a controversial remark about host Petra Mede, concluding his input saying 'Back to you, Petra. hanstag: MILF', which was muted on the BBC broadcast
